Through a training plan, improvement opportunities were identified in the management of coffee cultivation and benefit, and the benefit infrastructure was improved to produce a special high-quality coffee. Coffee growers received an economic incentive consisting of construction materials to improve their wet coffee benefit facilities. In addition, a socio-business plan was implemented to strengthen the Progresar Associative Group and increase associativity in the business, administrative, financial, technical, and commercial areas. The purpose of the project is to contribute to the generation of income for associated families and ensure a local, regional, and national market for coffee marketing.
